We stayed at this great house with four adults and seven kids. There was more than enough room for everyone and the kids and adults all had a great time. This place is thoroughly equipped and outfitted with fine detail. I'm sure that the kids had more fun than we had hoped, playing Wii, Shuffleboard and hide and seek. We absolutely loved the large dining room table. We took many pictures of everyone around the table for great breakfasts before skiing and dinner at night. We will be back for sure. The ski lockers at the base of the mountain were a nice touch too. We thought we would use Wendy's services, but were very content to hang out in the house and just enjoy family time together. She was gratious and willing to help in any way.

We go to Steamboat every year at the same time with a couple of other families for skiing, fun and relaxation. This is BY FAR the best property we have ever stayed at!! It was in a perfect location, fantastic amenities, and completely clean and sparkling! It is fantastic for the skiers and snow boarders in our group with racks for all equipment including helmets in the heated garage, It also had boot warmers that we used for gloves, etc, and it also comes with lockers at the lift so you don't have to drag everything back and forth to the mountain everyday! The non skiers also had a fantastic time just enjoying the beautiful views and toasty fireplace while relaxing. Probably the best part is the grand table that can seat your entire party! We loved that we could all sit around it together for meals and for games! We are now spoiled and could never even think of using another property!!

This is the best house our family has ever rented for Thanksgiving anywhere in the mountains of Colorado. The dining room table was amazing! It was huge and the chairs were so comfortable. The kitchen had everything that we needed. The Wii suite and the room with the schufflebroad kept everyone entertained. Having 7 flat screen TV's was a huge plus for all the football games going on over the Thanksgiving weekend. Everything in the house is top notch. We would all be happy to stay there again!

The promise of this property was almost too good to be true. And then after we arrived we felt the owner under sold the grandeur of this place. It was lacking nothing and even included things we didnt know we would need! For a large family or even 2-3 families with kids this place is perfect. Large play rooms (loaded with entertainment Wii etc), plenty of private sleeping. Rooms for adults to mingle while children play nearby is my idea of a family get away. Kitchen was like a dream out of Cooks Illustrated. and as a music lover the control over the full house system was perfect. Thanks we will be back And manager Wendy was Johnny on the spot for everything we needed. Close to slopes as well.
